  • How Do I Book? Book button on home page & in navigation.
  • Can I Book a Chemical Peel? You book a consultation for a peel you can NOT receive a peel at your first appointment. your skin has to be prepped correctly and a home regimen must be established.
  • How Long Does My Hair Need To Be To Get Waxed? Hair must be the length of a rice grain, at least 3 weeks of growth AFTER last shave.
  • Can Same Day Appointments Be Booked? Not online NO you can text (270)278-1090 to check availability for appointments on desired day for FRANKFORT location only!
  • Do You Take Walk-ins? Wednesdays are the Walk-In day of the week. If last minute cancellations happen same day walk-ins will be announced via social media platforms for all last minute openings.
  • Can I Cancel Due To A Last Minute Emergency? Yes you can, Cancellation fees still apply! Please see policy page for a thorough explanation of policy & cancellation policy fees!
  • Do you offer wax parties? Yes wax parties are held in our location on the lower level.
  • When Will I Receive My Package? Ship days are every Wednesday & Saturday! All packages will go out on those days of each week every week!
  • When Can I Pickup My Package? Pickup email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup! Pickup times will only be during business hours! Rush orders will have a fee of $15!

 

If you are currently using any of the following prescription medications, you cannot receive a waxing service. Discontinue use of these medications for a minimum of three (3) months prior to waxing. The exception is Accutane: You must be off this medication for a minimum of one (1) year prior to waxing.

PRECAUTIONS & CONSIDERATIONS:

Please read these valuable guidelines.

  • Sunburned, irritated or areas with open skin cannot be waxed.
  • Moles cannot be waxed.
  • You must wait a minimum of seven (7) days before waxing after a light chemical peel or Microdermabrasion.
  • Waxing cannot be performed if you have been in a tanning booth the same day.
  • Waxing cannot be performed if you have had laser skin resurfacing within the past year.
  • Waxing cannot be performed if you have had a physician administered peel within the past two (2) years.
  • If irritation should occur, recommend you use an antibiotic ointment such as Neosporin to keep the area continually moist to avoid infection and scabbing.
  • No sun/tanning booths for 2 days following a waxing treatment. Extra precaution should be taken if using tanning accelerators. Wait 2-3 days to wax before/after tanning with accelerators.
  • No hot baths for 48 hours following a body waxing treatment.
  • No abrasives for 24 hours following a waxing treatment.
  • No deodorants for 24 hours following an underarm waxing treatment.
  • Women may experience extra sensitivity to waxing up to a week prior to the beginning of their menstrual cycle.
